I’m Caroline, heading the Finance & Admin functions at Dagg AI. My role is to build and manage the supporting functions that will help to bring your ideas into a successful business.

Entrepreneurship and Backbone Structures

My background is from the Life Science industry, where orderly processes are key in taking R&D outcomes from the lab into pharmaceuticals on the market. I hold a MSc. in Biotechnology Engineering and spent the first years of my career in the laboratory. In later years, I have worked on supporting growing, small-size pharma companies in regulatory and quality matters.

I discovered early on that developing companies from start-up to scale-up and further is what makes me tick. As I wanted to broaden my scope of business into finance, I took a Master’s degree in Business and Economics. I then joined my brother Christian (Dagg AI’s CEO) through a series of ventures, with the specific role of making sure the corporate backbone of the businesses where well-functioning, compliant and cost-efficient.

Enabling Focus

I am here to support with what often is overlooked in the early stages of a business venture: establishing structures and administrative processes. This encompasses a whole range of tasks including set-up of companies, accounting and reporting, bank relations, HR management and corporate governance. In other words: I will enable yourself and the core team of any Dagg AI project to focus on tech and commercial development.
